I think aging brings up many mixed emotions in us all and before 40 you rarely think about it and after you hit 40 you feel the 5-0 creeping up slowly and then very quickly it’s arrived. Remember when you were a kid and the years felt so long, now it’s the opposite. The years are going by much quicker than we desire. Not that there’s anything wrong with midlife, I believe they can be your best years, it’s when life gets even more interesting because of the years lived and wisdom gained.
It’s not midlife that scares us as much as what makes us feel ‘old’ or the negative effects of aging that seep into your life. Our body and our internal systems shift and we start to feel things we didn’t previously experience. You feel fatigued, brain fog, joint pain, migraines, numbness or tingling in your fingers or toes, weight gain, loss of confidence in your appearance and many other symptoms. Many explain these away as I’m getting old and this is all normal, but you should not be feeling this in midlife and you can change it. Yes it’s true you do not need to feel these symptoms in midlife or maybe ever. You can actually tap into the energy you had in your 20s and 30s with a midlife health reset and slow down the effects of aging.

Dig deeper and figure out what works for you and what doesn’t, because the things we got away with decades ago probably won’t work as well anymore.
